The CrossFit games are July 29th - August 4th, can’t wait to see the competition and what these top level athletes can accomplish. There is a new format to the first few workouts and the field of competitors will be cut down after each of the first 3-4 events. Should be exciting to watch and can’t wait to see what kind of events they put on. We will tune in at the gym during those days and will post up how to watch once details become available.
A - Every 2 Minutes for 20 Minutes
1 Pause Push Press + 1 Push Press

B - Every minute on the minute for 10 Minutes
10 Push Ups
20 Sit Ups
